My Life and Work

Henry Ford's autobiography 'My Life and Work' is in fact a manual of business philosophy. The book describes how Ford, founder of the Ford Motor Company, introduced the assembly line, a minimum wage, the five-day work week, and reduced working hours at the beginning of the previous century.
