Josef Hoffmann – Beyond beauty and modernity

Richly illustrated with furniture, objects, designs, textiles, photos, drawings and documents. Special attention is paid to his creative method and his misunderstood use of colour. This monograph accompanies the exhibition Josef Hoffmann – Falling for Beauty at the Art & History Museum in Brussels from 6 October 2023 to 14 April 2024. The project was developed in collaboration with Vienna’s Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) and is one of the eye-catchers of Art Nouveau Brussels 2023.
