International arbitration and corporate law: an ohada practice

This book is an English translation of Mr Benoit Le Bars book Pratique du droit des societes en droit de l'OHADA. The OHADA treaty covers 17 African States mostly from francophone West and Central Africa, which are mostly former French colonies which followed the French legal model. It is a welcome addition to the subject of arbitration and corporate law in the OHADA countries to non-French readers.
